About the creator
This calculator is built and maintained by Bhaskar Rawat, an independent creator with a strong interest in personal finance and long-term financial decision-making. Bhaskar is a multi-asset systemic trader, trading mostly in metals, crude, electricity and index futures. He is a former banker and consultant, having worked with leading global banks and consulting firms in the field of risk management. He is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), holds an MBA in Finance, and also has a background in Computer Engineering.
The motivation behind this project is to make complex home loan trade-offs easier to understand through simple, interactive scenarios and to make it available to a wider audience for their financial well-being. We hope it contributes positively to the financial well being of users.
